There isn’t any snow in Foxborough, Mass., but sub-freezing temperatures are going to mark Sunday’s wild-card matchup between the Ravens and the New England Patriots.
Weather.com is telling me that the current temperature is 17 degrees, but it feels like 5 degrees. It’s going to be cold, but the ball won’t be as slippery as it would be with precipitation.
The Ravens seem to be loose in the locker room, about three hours before kickoff. At this point, the Ravens have a full complement of players healthy, so expect the regular starters to be out there.
The biggest news on the Patriots’ side is the absence of Wes Welker (knee) and Tom Brady’s status. His ribs and broken finger will be something to monitor before kickoff.
Check back all day long with more updates from New England.
